MEET THE TRAINING TEAM
Our master training team is comprised of experts in all areas of vehicle recovery. Each trainer has hands-on experience in the field and can train skills for brand new agents and veteran agents. Experienced agents are routinely shocked by the amount of knowledge and skills they gain in this course. And the best thing yet, is the comradery and knowledge shared by each participant. Everyone, including our master trainers, has the opportunity to learn from one another.

LEAD MASTER TRAINER
Chris has been in the repossession industry for more than 25 years and has been an Agent with a couple of the most respected repossession companies in the country. Since 2005, he has been with United and has served as an Agent, the Field Operations Manager, Agent Training Director, and now leads Recovery Master. He has trained hundreds of repossession agents, new and experienced, in the past decade and his experience and real-world application, tone, candor, approach, and teaching methodology maximizes the learning experience.
